From Goa, you will fly to Delhi and begin an exciting journey through North India. Explore impressive monuments, lively markets, and historic attractions in Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra. Day 8Delhi City Tour

After breakfast, you will enjoy an extensive sightseeing tour of Delhi. You will visit Birla Mandir, Parliament House, India Gate, the Presidential Palace, the Indira Gandhi Memorial Museum, the National Gandhi Museum, the Lotus Temple, Raj Ghat and Humayun’s Tomb.

Day 9Delhi to Jaipur (Approximately 5 Hours)

After breakfast, you will be met at your hotel and assisted with the check-out formalities. You will then travel by road to Jaipur.
Upon arrival, our local representative will welcome you and assist you with check-in at your hotel. After a short rest, you will visit Chokhi Dhani, a traditional Rajasthani village. Here, you can experience the culture, music, dance and lifestyle of Rajasthan. You will also enjoy a traditional Rajasthani thali served in an authentic setting.
After your visit, your driver will take you back to your hotel.

About Jaipur
Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan and is known as the “Pink City” because of the distinctive pink buildings in its historic centre. The city was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Jai Singh II and was designed according to traditional principles of Hindu architecture.
Surrounded by hills, historic forts and ancient city walls, Jaipur is also an excellent destination for shopping.

Day 10Jaipur City Tour

After breakfast, your guide will collect you from your hotel for an extensive sightseeing tour of Jaipur. You will visit Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Jantar Mantar.
After the city tour, the remainder of the day is free at leisure. If you would like to visit any additional attractions, you can discuss this with your driver.

Jaipur’s Main Attractions
Amber Fort
Amber Fort is located approximately 11 kilometres outside Jaipur. Amber was once the ancient capital of the region. The impressive fort is an excellent example of Rajput architecture and is beautifully situated on a hill overlooking a lake.

Hawa Mahal
You will make a photo stop at Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of Winds. Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh commissioned the palace in 1799. Its remarkable façade features numerous pink windows and intricately carved screens. These allowed the women of the royal household to observe everyday life and processions in the streets without being seen.

City Palace
City Palace was the residence of Jaipur’s royal family for many centuries. The palace houses an extensive collection of artwork, carpets, clothing and historic weapons.

Jantar Mantar
This remarkable astronomical observatory was built by Maharaja Jai Singh II in 1728. Its instruments were used to determine the positions of stars, measure altitude and azimuth, and calculate eclipses. One of its most striking features is the approximately 27-metre-high sundial.

Day 12Agra City Tour

Early in the morning, your guide will collect you for a magnificent sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal. Sunrise is one of the most beautiful times of day to admire this world-famous monument.
Afterwards, you will visit the impressive Agra Fort. Following the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

About the Taj Mahal
Emperor Shah Jahan commissioned the Taj Mahal in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal, who died during childbirth in 1631. Construction of the monument is believed to have taken approximately 22 years. More than 20,000 craftspeople contributed to its construction. Artists and specialists were brought in from several countries, while the chief architect is believed to have been of Persian origin.

Day 13Agra to Mathura and Vrindavan (Approximately 2 Hours)

After breakfast, you will travel to Mathura, which is known as the birthplace of Lord Krishna.
In Mathura, you will visit the Shri Krishna Janmasthan Temple. You will then continue to Vrindavan, where you will visit the beautiful Prem Mandir.

Day 14Mathura/Vrindavan to Delhi

After breakfast, you will depart for Delhi.
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. After check-in, the remainder of the day is free for you to relax or explore Delhi at your own pace.

Day 15Delhi to Haridwar

After breakfast, you will travel by road to Haridwar.
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel and assisted with check-in. In the early evening, you will attend the impressive Ganga Aarti ceremony at Har Ki Pauri.

About Haridwar
Haridwar is one of the holiest cities in India. According to Hindu tradition, a drop of Amrit, the nectar of immortality, fell here. During the evening ceremony, thousands of lamps are lit along the River Ganges, creating a beautiful and unforgettable sight.

Day 16Haridwar and Rishikesh City Tour

After breakfast, you will enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Haridwar. You will visit Pawan Dham Temple, Bharat Mata Temple, and the Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi temples, which can be reached by cable car.
You will then continue to Rishikesh, which is known worldwide as the city of yoga. Here, you will visit Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Swarg Ashram, Triveni Ghat and Geeta Bhawan, among other attractions.
In the afternoon, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Haridwar.

Day 17Haridwar to New Delhi (Approximately 5 Hours)

After breakfast, you will travel back to New Delhi.
